ReclameAqui, the largest consumer protection company in Brazil, gets over 4.000 complaints a day about people having a hard time to cancel a service. To get over it, we developed a powerful bot capable of interacting directly with big corporations' call-centers and canceling a contract on behalf of the client. Meet The Canceller.

 

           The Canceller was born from the combination of different sorts of technologies and intelligence:

IBM Watson processes the  information, 
orchestrating the all conversation

Amazon Alexa's voice transform IBM Watson  decision into speech.

Everyone is getting busier and busier about their own problems. AACD, the biggest institution to rehabilitate disabled kids in Brazil, has one too: the decrease of donations. How can we fix this? First of all, solving the donator’s problems. So, we've come up with a machine,
to carry out this task: The Fantastic Problem Solving Machine.


THE PROBLEM SOLVING WEBSITE
Besides the machine, we‘ve built a problem solving website. After the user solves his problem,
he was re-direct to a donate page.

 

THE PROBLEM SOLVING ROOM
After the machine and the website, it was time to have a fixed place that would last longer in places with high circulation of people such as shopping malls, big hotel chains and big corporations.

AN ONLINE PARODY OF GILLETTE’S OWN COMMERCIAL.

The new global advertising campaign needed a version with a Brazilian flavor. The strategy in Brazil was to launch an online campaign at the same time of the TV campaign. And there’s nothing more Brazilian than making fun of ourselves. So, we made a parody of the TV commercial in partnership with the biggest Brazilian comedy youtube channel: the "Porta dos Fundos".

THAT SHOWS INSTANTANEOUSLY THE RESULT OF EACH DONATION

TUCCA is one of the most respectful institutions to treat child cancer in Brazil. But to do this for free, they need to raise as many donations as they can, no matter how much it is.To prove every donation matters, we built a special donation box. Every coin which was deposited grows a little bit of hair in the child patient, showing the result of that specific donation in the treatment of cancer.

I was in love with theater since I was a teenager.
So, I’ve worked for more than 10 years in several different roles, but focused on my main passion: writing drama screenplays. Some of them were released and are displayed below.

SYNOPSIS

It’s night. Clara e Henrique are putting together their personals belongings in a cardboard box. It's the end of their relationship.
It’s day. Rúbia is ironing her work uniform. It’s the end of a glamorous life as the most famous transvestite in town.
It’s time. It’s snowing where it shouldn’t. It might be the end.

Henrique e Clara are stuck in the apartment, wondering what’s happening outside. Rúbia is stuck in a body that isn’t hers and in a life that took the wrong way.
Rúbia and the couple share the same scenic space, but they are not in the same place, even in the same time. What brings them together are those extreme situations when solitude emerges and also the fear before all kinds of endings that may take place.

SYNOPSIS

Ana and Him are in relationship with a clear deadline: just 24 more hours and everything they lived together will be left behind. An hourglass is stuck in the middle of the scene, counting the time. The couple is covered by sand (the same of the hourglass) and with each movement of them, it slips away from their bodies, letting go a new centimeter of time.Then, it starts a series of digressions about the childhood, the feeling the of death, the presence of life and different ways to deal with each other, until it is unveiled the truth about a relationship that could only resist for another single day.
